An example would be you work as a pilot at an aerospace center but now just wants to be a navigator of some kind in the same industry. A change can also just be a change in company because you don’t share the same values and ideas with your current employer. For whatever reason you have, as long as you are sure about it, an aerospace career transition will work smoothly as long as you come prepared.
